We are continuously testing and experimenting with recipes and ingredients in order to provide outstanding food and service. Ethel always loved to go out to eat, and we know you're going to love visiting her place in Bayfield! Our menu includes special items for everyone's tastes. We use fresh local products whenever possible, including fruits from the fields and orchards, fish from the big lake, delicious ice cream from a local dairy.
Our entrée salads and signature Whitey's Chicken Chili will satisfy the most discriminating tastes. Try our juicy half pound burgers, grilled chicken or whitefish sandwiches - Philly Cheesesteak or Meatball hoagies - perennial favorite Italian Stallion hot beef sandwich. For those looking for a meatless option, our Black Bean Veggie Burger is a great choice. Who doesn't like pasta? We have expanded our selections this year to include Chicken Parmesan and a meatless Mediterranean Pasta. Captain Dave's Spaghetti and Meatballs are a best seller, along with Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Penne, Lobster Ravioli, and a number of other specials! New for 2008 are suggested wine pairings for our pasta entrees.

Begin with a serving of one of our tasty appetizers. New for this year are savory garlic breadsticks - back again are our awesome Onion Rings, Rib Tidbits, Pizza Fries, Cheddar Cheese Nuggets, and our famous Whitefish Liver Appetizer Pizza! We offer Ethel's Sampler for those who can't choose just one of our tasty starters. On Wednesday evenings our appetizers are HALF PRICE with purchase of a beverage - its Happy Hour all night!
And then comes our specialty item, the favorite of young and old - PIZZA - the food we all love to share with family and friends, on vacation or at the end of a busy work day. You are sure to find your favorite pizza toppings and combinations here at Ethel's at 250. Try our BAYFIELD SPECIAL pizza, featuring one of Bayfield's famous crops - APPLES! Several new pizzas on the menu this season are quickly becoming very popular: Greek Delight, with its unique toppings, and Hannah's Special, created last summer by one of our wonderful servers (come and try it!). Our entire menu is available for dine in, take out, or delivery - to your home, hotel, or boat!
